My Story

I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist with nine years of experience in the art of healing touch, offering effective massages that will bring you relaxation and deep healing. I trained at Rivernorth Massage Therapy Center in Chicago, IL. I specialize in an intuitive, slow, thorough, intentional blend of myofascial, trigger point, structural alignment, deep tissue, and techniques similar to Rolfing — perfect for those dealing with chronic pain or seeking a deep, rejuvenating approach to wellness to really get you results.
I believe in the power of massage to provide relief, restore balance, and invite a sense of renewal that goes beyond the physical body. My clients often describe my light work as luxurious and deeper work as intense, yet oddly gentle but very powerful, with a focus on creating a powerfully personalized and caring experience. I take time with each session to address the specific needs of your body, leaving you feeling restored and grounded. I feel my strong, detailed style of massage was partly influenced by my background of eight years in martial arts.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me doing photography, painting, working out, spending time with those I love, camping in my camper van I built out, hunting for mushrooms or tending to my garden, each of which inspires me to bring my love for exploration, creativity, warmth, and presence into every session.
